I already use social media
Social remains useful for broad awareness. LoyLocal adds a direct programme relationship,
transaction-linked rewards, local discovery and a channel governed by the customer’s
preferences — not a social algorithm.
I already have a paper stamp card
Keep the simplicity of stamps digitally, then add communication, vouchers, discovery and
measurement that paper can’t provide.
My till already has loyalty
Integrated till loyalty can be complementary. LoyLocal’s additional value is the shared
local app, nearby discovery, community participation and cross-business promotion.
Customers won’t install another app
LoyLocal is designed to reduce app sprawl: one local wallet and discovery experience across
participating businesses, with favourites, mute and leave controls.
I don’t want to discount
Good — neither do we. Most rewards don’t need to be discounts at all: earned free
items, upgrades, early access, member-only offers and partner vouchers all create
value without cutting prices. When you do promote, you can target quieter windows or
qualifying baskets instead of cutting peak trade.

the same as discounting →
I don’t have time to run a marketing platform
Set the rules once; LoyLocal runs scheduled campaigns, delivery timing and preference
checks. Quickstart gets you to a first location, scheme and starter reward without an
IT project.
Will this slow my staff down?
A quick QR or code lookup brings up the customer. Record the purchase, apply rewards and
move on — with controlled manager actions for fixing eligible mistakes.
What about GDPR and customer data?
Customers manage their own account preferences and subject requests (eg deletion, correction, download my data) in the app.
You only see trends for your programme in analytics, not
individual customer profiles. Consent, preferences and message limits are checked before
anything is sent. You don't need to worry about GDPR compliance, consent, data subject requests, or holding customer data.
LoyLocal acts as the data controller and third-party processor for your programme. By minimising the data that your staff
see, we minimise potential confidentiality disclosure risks.
You may still need to register with your local data protection authority.
